PROPELLIX IS NOT A LAW FIRM, NOR IS IT AN OFFICE OF THE IMMIGRATION SERVICES COMMISSIONER (OISC) REGULATED ENTITY, IMMIGRATION ADVICE AUTHORITY (IAA) REGULATED ENTITY, SOLICITORS REGULATION AUTHORITY (SRA) REGULATED FIRM, OR A QUALIFIED LEGAL PRACTITIONER UNDER THE UK IMMIGRATION AND ASYLUM ACT 1999 (SECTION 84) OR ANY EQUIVALENT REGULATORY FRAMEWORK IN ANY JURISDICTION.

2. Independent Status: These legal and immigration advisers operate completely independently of PROPELLIX. PROPELLIX does not control, supervise, guarantee, or take responsibility for the legal advice, services, representations, or omissions provided by such third-party regulated advisers.
3. Internal Routing: PROPELLIX reserves the right to manage internal administrative routing and professional coordination with external regulated panel advisers. The existence of such internal referral mechanisms or fee arrangements does not make PROPELLIX a provider of immigration advice, nor does it create a joint venture or partnership liable for legal advice.
4. No Direct Disclosure Obligations: PROPELLIX is under no obligation to disclose internal commercial arrangements, referral fees, or proprietary panel partner contact details prior to formal engagement with the appropriate qualified professional.

Immigration rules, visa routes, salary thresholds, eligible SOC codes, Home Office guidance, and government policies are highly dynamic and subject to frequent legislative amendments without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law across all jurisdictions:

• Exclusion of Damages: GREEN-TIES GLOBAL LLP, PROPELLIX, its designated partners, directors, executives, employees, subcontractors, and representatives shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or costs whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of career opportunities, visa refusals, employment termination, financial expenditure, travel expenses, delays, or reliance on information provided on our website, apps, or during counseling sessions.
• Max Liability Cap: In the event that any court or legal authority finds PROPELLIX liable notwithstanding this disclaimer, the maximum total cumulative liability of PROPELLIX to any user or client shall be strictly capped at the net service fee actually paid by the user directly to PROPELLIX for the specific career guidance session or subscription in dispute.
• Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GREEN-TIES GLOBAL LLP, PROPELLIX, and its officers against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, fines, legal costs, and expenses resulting from your breach of this disclaimer, reliance on non-legal career advice as legal advice, or failure to consult official Home Office guidelines.

• Cross-Border Recognition: While PROPELLIX services international clients, UK-based individuals, and international students on UK Graduate/Skilled Worker visas, all operations are governed strictly by the laws of India.
• Governing Law: This Disclaimer, the Terms of Service, and all interactions between you and PROPELLIX shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
• Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with PROPELLIX services, website, web applications, or communications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
